Comuna 4 is a collaborative creative ecosystem based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, built to bridge the gap between traditional agencies and independent creators. Our model brings strategy, production, and talent together under one adaptable system that supports brands, creators, and media projects in a space designed for collaboration.

Within our shared workspace, Comuna 4 hosts a growing network of creative teams and small production companies—such as Braave Tribe Collab, Manna T Studios, and Loud & Live—as well as a wide community of independent freelancers. Directors, videographers, editors, photographers, designers, set builders, sound engineers, animators, writers, stylists, and producers collaborate fluidly across projects, forming a dynamic ecosystem where opportunities circulate and talent can grow sustainably.

We partner with a range of clients, including international brands like Sam’s Club Puerto Rico and Ford Puerto Rico, along with local businesses such as Opa! Greek Kouzina, Velocicharge, and others. Our flexible, purpose-driven approach allows us to serve diverse creative needs—from campaigns and branded content to live events, digital media, and multimedia storytelling.

Comuna 4 is also a playground for creators. We offer accessible studio spaces, host workshops and corporate gatherings, and produce in-house podcasts such as Mujer Pa’ Ti and Propósito Indestructible, reflecting our belief that creativity is a right—not a privilege.

As we grow, our vision is to expand across Puerto Rico and Latin America, building a network of creative spaces where collaboration, community, and human-centered creativity can continue to thrive.
