•⁠  ⁠⁠while partnering with Club Piru to launch an ambitious workforce upskilling initiative featuring monthly masterclasses in grip/electric, camera, lighting, broadcast, and VFX workflows, plus semi-annual week-long intensives in advanced cinematography and technical pipelines. 
•⁠  ⁠⁠Looking ahead, Prestige aims to become the island’s leading training and development hub by expanding acoustic treatment, AV infrastructure, cinema-camera packages, motion-tracking and robotic systems, creating a complete talent pipeline from education and practice to production, networking, and exhibition, and establishing community programs, creator residencies, technical labs, and sponsored scholarships for emerging local talent.
